on both my laptop (Windows) it works. Probably it creates problems because I'm not a trusted author and the security System ask confirm before running the .exe file or even deletes some files seen as potential viruses.
Anyway all the dll should be present. Sorry for my bad english, I'm new to game developing
Ok may I fixed it, can you try download and run it again? (don't forget to read the description, I've done no tutorial in game) I'll work on the design

I reinstalled 4 times
And everything was already in the folders
Missing files: love.dll , lua51.dll , SDL2.dll
